How will I receive my reading?
All readings are personally written and delivered by email within five days of booking.

Can tarot predict the future?
No. Tarot readings do not predict fixed events or guarantee outcomes. They are offered as a tool for reflection, guidance, and insight only

Do you offer live or face-to-face readings?
No. All readings are currently provided in written format only.

How do I choose the right reading?
Each reading has been created with a different focus in mind. The descriptions on the Book a Reading page will help guide your choice, but often the reading that immediately catches your attention is the one most aligned with what you need at this time.

What information should I provide when booking?
You are welcome to provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing. However, clear questions and relevant background information can help create a more focused and meaningful reading.

Can I ask more than one question?
Yes. However, readings tend to be most effective when centred around a clear topic or area of focus. If you have several unrelated questions, you may wish to consider booking more than one reading.

Can you tell me what decision to make?
No. All decisions remain your own. Tarot is intended to support your understanding of a situation, not make choices on your behalf.

What should I expect from my reading?
You can expect a thoughtful, honest, and personalised interpretation designed to provide clarity, reflection, and insight. My aim is not to tell you what you want to hear, but to present the messages and themes shown within the cards as clearly as possible.

Can you answer questions about health, legal, or financial matters?
No. I do not provide advice on health, legal, financial, or other professional matters. If you require support in these areas, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Are my readings confidential?
Yes. All information shared with me, along with the content of your reading, is treated in confidence and handled with respect and discretion.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of tarot readings, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced, a reading has been prepared, or a reading has been delivered.

Refunds will not be issued because the reading did not meet expectations, the interpretation was not agreed with, future events unfolded differently, or a client changes their mind after work has begun.
